Your data is yours. We never touch it.

What we collect and why

Purchase data. When you buy a template, Stripe collects your name, email, and payment information. We receive your email address and a transaction ID. We never store your full credit card number — that's handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

Email address. If you opt in to our mailing list (separate from purchase), we store your email to send you product updates and occasional newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email or visiting /unsubscribe.

No financial data. Ever. The spreadsheet template lives on your device or Google Drive. We never receive, store, or process any numbers you enter into the template — income, expenses, account balances, or anything else. We literally cannot see your finances because we don't touch that file.

Cookies and tracking

We use minimal tracking:

• Essential cookies. None required. The site works without any cookies.
• Analytics. We use a lightweight anonymous visitor ID stored in localStorage to understand general site traffic. No personal information is attached.
• Meta Pixel. We use Meta's advertising pixel for conversion tracking. It logs anonymized event data (page views, purchases). No financial information is ever passed to Meta.
• No third-party ad networks. We don't run display ads, retargeting, or sell data to data brokers.

Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. The only third parties that touch your data:

• Stripe. Handles payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to your payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
• Meta. Receives anonymized event data from our pixel. Their privacy policy applies: facebook.com/policy.php.
• Email service. If you're on our list, our transactional email provider (Polsia) handles delivery. They are contractually bound to keep your email address private.

We may share aggregate, anonymized statistics (e.g., "500 people bought a template this month") — never individual data.

Data retention

Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records (transaction ID, email, date) are retained for accounting and tax purposes for a minimum of 7 years per IRS requirements, then deleted.

Unsubscribed email addresses are flagged in our system and receive no further emails. We do not delete them immediately to comply with unsubscribe requests under CAN-SPAM regulations.

Your rights

You can contact us at any time to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you (your email and purchase record)
• Request deletion of your email address from our list
• Unsubscribe from all communications instantly at /unsubscribe

We respond to all data requests within 72 hours. No identity verification is required beyond confirming you own the email address.

Children's privacy

Our products and services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

International users

If you're outside the United States, you understand that your data is transferred to and stored in the United States. We comply with GDPR obligations for EU users and CCPA obligations for California residents.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post the new policy here. If the change materially reduces your privacy rights, we'll email existing subscribers to notify them.
