What you're buying

You are purchasing a downloadable spreadsheet template (an Excel / Google Sheets file). After payment, you receive a download link and the file is yours to keep. No subscription, no recurring charges.

All templates include free annual updates to the calendar structure. Feature updates or new templates are separate products.

License and permitted use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own household's financial management. You may:

• Use the template on as many devices as you own
• Share it with your immediate household (spouse, partner, family living with you)
• Customize and adapt it to fit your needs

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the template to third parties
• Redistribute the file on file-sharing sites, paid marketplaces, or as part of a competing product or service
• Use it for commercial clients without a separate commercial license (contact us for pricing)

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all template purchases. If the template doesn't work for you, email us within 30 days of purchase at ownyourmoney@polsia.app and we'll process a full refund via Stripe within 3 business days. No forms, no manager approval.

After 30 days, no refunds are issued — this is consistent with digital goods best practices. If you have a specific issue or edge case, contact us and we'll work it out.

No financial or professional advice

The templates are organizational tools — they do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. The numbers you enter and the decisions you make based on them are entirely your own. We are not a financial advisor and do not hold ourselves out as one.

For tax advice, consult a licensed CPA or tax professional. For investment decisions, consult a licensed financial advisor.

Product accuracy

We build our templates carefully and test them before publishing. However, spreadsheets can have errors, and formulas can be wrong. Use the templates as a tool, not a definitive source of truth. If you spot an error in a template, email us — we'll fix it and send you the corrected version.

We are not responsible for financial decisions you make based on incorrect data in a template.

Account and security

We do not require you to create an account or log in. Your purchase is processed through Stripe and your email address is stored for delivery and refund purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your email address current so we can deliver the template and send updates. We are not responsible for undelivered emails due to incorrect or outdated addresses.

Prohibited uses

You may not use OwnYourMoney or its templates in connection with:

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Automated scraping, bulk redistribution, or data harvesting of the template content
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer the template's formulas for redistribution

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it directly via email. If that fails, disputes are subject to binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, with each party bearing their own legal costs.

You agree to waive any class action lawsuit related to these terms or your use of the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes (new restrictions, expanded permitted uses) will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the product after a terms update constitutes acceptance.
